1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following items:
Opened or used products
Gift cards
Promotional or discounted items
Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped
3. How to Initiate a Return

Reason for the return
Photo of the product (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

A clear photo of the item and packaging
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
